This program has concluded, and Preservation Buffalo Niagara is no longer accepting applications for the East Side Commercial Building Stabilization Fund. Please check back in the near future for an updated list of properties that PBN stabilized with the East Side Commercial Building Stabilization Fund. 

We are grateful to Empire State Development, East Side Avenues, project partners, and participating property owners whose efforts helped stabilize and preserve historic commercial buildings across Buffalo’s East Side.
