Local Historic Preservation Commissions (HPCs) play a pivotal role in promoting good stewardship and active use of historic properties in our community. And as such, it is critical for HPCs to regularly undergo training opportunities to ensure that Commissioners, local elected officials, and municipal staff have the preservation knowledge and tools needed to appropriately plan for and manage their community’s historic built environment.
