Preservation Buffalo Niagara is soliciting bids from qualified masonry contractors for Phase 1 & 2 masonry repair at 72 Sycamore Street, a historic four-story masonry building undergoing renovation for nonprofit office use. This bid is limited exclusively to masonry work and does not include structural shoring or framing.

Roof Replacement
Preservation Buffalo Niagara is soliciting competitive bids for the replacement of the existing roofs at 72 Sycamore Street, a historic multi-story building in Buffalo, New York. The objective of this project is to improve the building’s energy performance, weather resistance, and long-term durability.
The Owner seeks proposals from qualified contractors experienced in historic rehabilitation who can provide a complete roof system. The project consists of the complete replacement of two existing low-slope roof systems. There is no asbestos remediation needed:

Window Replacement
Preservation Buffalo Niagara is soliciting competitive bids for the replacement of all existing windows at 72 Sycamore Street, a historic multi-story building in Buffalo, New York.
The objective of this project is to improve the building’s energy performance, weather resistance, and long-term durability while preserving and enhancing its historic architectural character. The existing windows are non-historic vinyl replacement units, and all original historic windows have previously been removed.
