Historic Homeowner Monthly Tax Credit Workshop
Is your property located within a National Register Historic District or listed in the National Register individually? Then you might be eligible for State or Federal historic tax credits!
At PBN’s monthly tax credit workshop you’ll learn more about this useful financial resource that is helping rehabilitate historic homes all over New York State. At the workshop you’ll learn about the available homeowner and commercial historic tax credits, including other eligibility criteria, what kinds of work qualifies, and how to submit an application.
Tax Credit Workshops are scheduled on the second Wednesday of each month and are virtual. Visit our calendar to register. Workshops are free to attend but a suggested donation of $10 is appreciated.
