UPDATE #1: At their December 20, 2018 meeting, the Buffalo Preservation Board not only voted to recommend the denial of the demolition permit for 35 Concord Street but they also voted to send a letter to Common Council supporting a demolition moratorium for the Memorial Triangle, the area bounded by Memorial Drive, Paderewski Drive, and Curtiss Street.
