PBN’s services include the Historic Home Loan Fund which provides financing for the preservation, improvement, restoration, and/or rehabilitation of locally designated homes in the City of Buffalo. We also provide technical services such as assistance with surveys, National Register Nominations, Local Landmarks, advocacy, tax credit preparation, and more. Finally, PBN’s Traditional Building Trades aims to increase the number of skilled preservation trades craftspeople available for local projects. For more info, follow the links above.
