This course will outline the Certificate of Appropriateness process and prevent common frustrations and pitfalls experienced by some applicants. This three-hour course is designed to help one working in planning, architecture, development, tradespersons, or property owners or managers understand the basics of historic preservation designations and how it impacts rehabilitation projects.

Cost: $30 for PBN members / $45 General Public (includes a one-year membership to PBN)
