The Queen City Downtown Tour is a guided walking tour that takes you through the history and architecture of the downtown portion of the city. Our beautiful downtown landmarks provide a stunning backdrop for Buffalo’s most important stories, including the Erie Canal, several presidents, master architects like Sullivan, Burnham, Upjohn, and Green. See these stories come alive on this two-hour walking tour!
The tour meets in the lobby of the Market Arcade building (617 Main Street, Buffalo) at 10 am on Fridays and Saturdays, March-November, and lasts approximately 2 hours. The cost is $10 for adults, $5 for students, and is FREE for current PBN members. This tour includes about 2 miles of walking on well-paved sidewalk. Please inquire about mobility needs. To register and reserve your spot, fill out the form below. Reservations are not required, walk-ins are welcome but must pay with cash or check and groups of 15 or more are required to call ahead to arrange a private tour (includes a nominal fee).
