This July, join PBN and Steve Swiat of Northwood Restoration for a hands-on workshop to learn how to reglaze old wood windows. What does reglaze mean? Well, it’s the simple process of removing old or broken glass from your window and installing a brand new piece. This is a hybrid virtual & in-person event. Virtual attendees will learn all the steps in the process comfortably from home, while in-person attendees will be able to try out the new skill on-site at The Tool Library. Raffle alert! All attendees who make a suggested donation or purchase an in-person ticket will be entered into a raffle to win “The Window Sash Bible” by Steve Jordan.
Virtual tickets are free with a suggested $10 donation; In-person tickets are $30 for PBN members and $50 for the general public.
In-person attendance will be limited per New York State protocols; In-person attendees will be required to wear masks, social distance, and to provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 prior to the event. We take the well-being of our staff, volunteers, and those joining us for events very seriously and will be following all best practices for COVID safety at this event. This includes mandatory mask-wearing at the event, practicing social distancing at all times, and following other rules that the organization deems necessary to ensure the health and safety of participants. If you are not comfortable following these rules, please notify us by July 3 so we can refund your money and remove you from our attendance list. Please note that if you arrive at the event and have not complied with these rules, you will be asked to leave the event and no refund will be given. We appreciate your cooperation in making this a safe and fun event for everyone.
