Join Preservation Buffalo Niagara and the Village of Williamsville Historic Preservation Commission at Historic Districts 101 where you will get the guidance and tools you need to establish an historic district, including information on the different types of districts; what they do and don’t do; and how you’ll benefit as a community. The workshop is led by Christiana Limniatis, PBN’s Director of Preservation Services. With nearly 15 years’ experience in historic preservation, Ms. Limniatis completed her coursework towards an MA in Historic Preservation Planning at Cornell University and has worked in non-profit preservation advocacy and consulting in Louisiana, Tennessee, and New York State.
