Join Preservation Buffalo Niagara on Wednesday, November 2, at 6pm for an East Side Commercial Building Stabilization Fund (ESCBSF) Information Session. Established as part of Empire State Development’s (ESD) East Side Corridor Economic Development Fund, the ESCBSF provides a dedicated funding source to support near-term stabilization of at-risk historic buildings on the East Side with preference given to those buildings along commercial corridors, especially in the target investment areas of the East Side Corridor Economic Development Fund. Applications are now open until December 3, 2022, for the latest round of funding.  During this webinar, we will provide an overview of the ESCBSF program and review program the eligibility requirements and the application process.
