PBN is seeking a full-time Director of Operations & Grants Management. The successful candidate will be self-starter, possess strong project management skills, have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience or an Associate’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of administrative experience, hands-on experience with grants management software as well as MS Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, strong financial management skills including budget preparation, analysis, decision-making and reporting.
