Preservation Buffalo Niagara, Preservation Studios and the Unitarian Universalist Church of Buffalo are co-sponsoring a free workshop on the New York State Historic Homeownership Rehabilitation Credit. The workshop is open to the public and participants will be walked through the user-friendly application, intended to be prepared and submitted by the homeowners, themselves. Owner-occupied homes in the City of Buffalo that are on the National Register, either individually designated or as contributing to a National Register Historic District, are eligible for the 20% Tax Credit.
